Refund policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with us, listing your name, order number and the items you wish to return so we can start your process and provide you the address to return your item(s).


We accept refunds for any purchase made 14 days after you have received your products.


Please ensure your item(s) is in the same condition as you received it, not worn, used or washed and in its original packaging.


You will be responsible for the shipment cost of your returned products. If you are shipping an item over £25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.


Due to the special pricing and limited quantities available, there are NO returns or exchanges on sale items.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We aim to process refunds as soon as possible after the returned package approved, but please allow some time for your bank to process and post your refund.
